Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of OrderWa, operated by Rozcash (“we”, “us”), on rozcash.fun and through WhatsApp (together, the “Platform”). By using the Platform — browsing shops, placing an order, creating a customer login or creating a shop — you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Our role — we are an intermediary
OrderWa is a technology platform that connects customers with independent local shops and service providers (“Shops”). We do not sell, make, stock, cook, deliver or provide any of the goods or services listed. When you place an order, your contract for those goods or services is directly with the Shop. We act as an “intermediary” under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Each Shop is solely responsible for its listings, prices, taxes, quality, safety, hygiene, licences (for example FSSAI for food, drug licence for pharmacies), quantity, packaging, delivery, cancellations, refunds and customer service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform. If you use the Platform for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
3. For customers
- Give a correct name, mobile number and (for delivery) address. You are responsible for orders placed from your number or login.
- Prices, availability, offers and delivery areas are set by the Shop and may change. The Shop may accept, change or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock).
- Pay the Shop as agreed. By default you pay at delivery or pickup (cash or UPI directly to the Shop); you may choose to pay by UPI in advance. Do not place fake, prank or bulk orders you don’t intend to pay for — numbers that repeatedly don’t accept or pay for orders may be blocked.
- Restricted items (such as medicines needing a prescription) are the Shop’s responsibility to verify; you must follow the Shop’s legal requirements.
- Keep your PIN private. We will never ask for your PIN, OTP or UPI PIN.
4. For shop owners
- Give true and current details about your shop, and keep your menu, prices, stock, offers and timings accurate. Prices shown to customers must include or clearly state applicable taxes.
- You hold and follow all licences, registrations and laws that apply to your business (including GST, FSSAI, Legal Metrology, consumer protection and drug laws, as relevant).
- You fulfil the orders you accept, handle customer complaints, returns and refunds for your goods/services, and use customer data only to fulfil and support their orders.
- You keep your Shop ID and PIN secure and are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must not list illegal, counterfeit, stolen, dangerous or restricted items (for example weapons, drugs, tobacco to minors, alcohol where not licensed, wildlife products).
- Verification: before your shop is listed or can take orders, you must submit the owner’s PAN, the shop’s GSTIN (or declare that it is not GST registered), the full shop address and a real photo of the shop front. Rozcash may approve, reject, or later suspend a shop if details are false, unclear or don’t match, and may ask for more proof. Approval is not an endorsement of your goods or services.
- Once approved, your shop may appear in the public directory; you can hide it from your dashboard.
5. Payments & fees
- Customer payments go directly from the customer to the Shop (for example via the Shop’s UPI ID). Rozcash does not collect, hold or settle these payments, and charges 0% commission on them. Disputes about these payments are between the customer and the Shop; your bank/UPI app’s dispute process also applies.
- Shop subscription: new shops get a free trial (currently 14 days). After that, the plan is ₹1,499/month or ₹14,990/year (GST extra as applicable), or as shown on our pricing page at the time. Fees are payable in advance, online through Razorpay or as otherwise agreed with us. When the trial or a paid period ends without payment, the shop stops receiving new orders and its menu becomes read-only until a plan is bought; existing orders can still be completed. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice to shops; changes apply from your next billing period.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law, or post anything that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, infringing, or harmful to children;
- impersonate anyone, or use another person’s number, shop or account;
- send spam, fake orders or fake reviews, or misuse WhatsApp messaging (WhatsApp’s own policies also apply);
- hack, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or try to bypass security, rate limits or PIN lockouts;
- upload viruses or malicious code; or
- use the Platform to collect other users’ data for marketing without their consent.
7. Content & reviews
Shops own their menus, photos and descriptions; customers own their reviews. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and format that content to run and promote the Platform. Reviews must be honest and based on a real order. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law, including on receiving a valid court or government order or complaint.
8. Intellectual property
The OrderWa / Rozcash name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell or re-brand them without written permission.
9. Suspension & termination
You can stop using the Platform at any time. Shops can ask us to close their account. We may warn, hide, suspend or close an account or listing that breaks these Terms or the law, harms users, or is unpaid, with notice where reasonable.
10. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep it running smoothly but do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted — it depends on internet, hosting and third-party services such as WhatsApp. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or timing of any Shop’s goods or services, or that any Shop’s information is accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- Rozcash is not liable for the goods or services sold by Shops, for payments made between customers and Shops, or for any loss caused by a Shop or customer.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (and to ₹1,000 if you have paid us nothing).
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12. Indemnity
You agree to compensate Rozcash for losses, claims and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or the law, or (for Shops) from your goods, services, listings or handling of customer data.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first — most problems can be solved quickly. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, the courts at [City, State — to be added] will have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
14. Other terms
- We may update these Terms; the date at the top will change and continued use means you accept the new Terms. Important changes will be announced on the site.
- If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
- These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy are the full agreement between you and us about the Platform.
