Cookie Notice
Last updated: 12 October 2026
This notice explains what OrderWa (operated by Rozcash) stores in your browser. In short: only what is needed for the site to work. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics.
| Name / type | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Session cookie (strictly necessary) | Keeps a shop owner, customer or admin logged in, securely. | Until log out or session expiry |
ow_lang (local storage) | Remembers English or Hindi. | Until you clear it |
ow_dir (local storage) | Remembers the city you last chose in “Find shops”. | Until you clear it |
ow_orders (local storage) | Keeps links to your recent orders on this device so you can track them. | Until you clear it |
ow_shop_id, ow_sound (local storage) | Shop dashboard: pre-fills your Shop ID and remembers the new-order sound setting. | Until you clear it |
Because these are essential for the service, they don’t need a consent banner. You can delete them anytime in your browser settings (Site settings → Clear data); you will just need to log in again.
If you tap a link that opens WhatsApp, Google Maps or your UPI app, or a shop owner opens the Razorpay payment window on the pricing page, those services use their own cookies under their own policies.
